Praktische Information
The tour is in English and will consist of teams of a maximum of 20 people.
Minimum age: 7 years
As parts of the Factory Experience take place in an active production, the experience is not suitable for children under 7 years of age. This also applies to infants.
When entering the production, you will be given a coat, a hairnet and shoe covers. In addition, you will be asked to take off your jewelry for the tour.
All jackets, coats and purses/bags have to be placed in our wardrobe, which will be locked during the tour
The doors will open 15 minutes in advance. The tours will start at 4pm and 7pm, we try to acommodate if the guests are late, but we have to stick to schedule because of the running production.
Please check the GPS for traffic and delays, we experience a lot of delays on our tour at 4pm
